Sponsorship Opportunities

Support from the local business community is key to helping the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center offer exciting and inspiring educational programs in the areas of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) to people of all ages, especially young adults. Your generous donation will provide support for our annual programs, including summer space camps for children, outreach programs to schools, workshops for educators, Super Stellar Fridays, “Teen Nights”, state-of-the-art planetarium shows, and much more. We are seeking corporate partners for sponsorships for our School Investment Program, the Astronomy Bowl, Aerospacefest, as well as other programs and events. Please contact Kathleen Regan, Director of Development, at (603) 271-7827 X118 or kregan@starhop.com

School Investment Program

Through corporate sponsorships, the School Investment Program provides an opportunity for New Hampshire elementary, middle and high school students, or school districts, to obtain free admission to the Discovery Center during school field trips for an entire year.

As schools struggle with meeting state and national science and math standards – and tight budgets – this program offers a solution to both. Our programs are designed to meet state and national science and math standards while captivating and inspiring young minds. Free admission to these programs allows all students to participate, regardless of income, and schools are able to offer leading-edge science and math to their students despite tight budgets.

Our goal is to increase the number of New Hampshire students who have access to leading-edge scientific knowledge, to enhance science, math, engineering and technology education in New Hampshire, and to inspire young people to learn more about astronomy, aviation, space and Earth science. We seek corporate partners as sponsors for the School Investment Program. For more information, please contact Kathleen Regan, Director of Development, at (603) 271-7827 X118 or kregan@starhop.com.
