Rewarding volunteer opportunities await you at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center!
We are now accepting applications for:
- School Greeters (weekdays during the school year, 8:45 AM-1 PM, must be able to volunteer at least one day per week)
- Science Store Assistants (Saturdays & Sundays 11 AM-1 PM)
The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center is open to the public seven days a week and volunteers are utilized at all times. Volunteers enhance our visitor experience and make learning fun.
We invite you to become involved in our volunteer program. If you would like to share your enthusiasm and free time, please fill out our volunteer application. After your application has been received and your skills and availability match the current needs of the Discovery Center, we will contact you to discuss the program.
