The Mission of the Christa McAuliffe Planetarium:
To educate, incite and entertain learners of all ages in the sciences and humanities by actively engaging them in the exploration of astronomy, aviation, Earth and space science.
The Antenna galaxies. The collision of these two galaxies is a preview of what may happen to the Milky Way and neighboring Andromeda galaxies when they collide in several billion years.
